Reporting a breakdown

How to create a ticket using helpdesk (Customer)

1. Using any browser open url >> http://helpdeskenctech.thruhere.net:8080/

2. Click >> Login

3. Click >> Submit a ticket

4. Choose a help topic >> 'Reporting breakdown'

5. Key-in subject >> [Site Name], [Location] - [Device type], [Device no.], [Breakdown] eg.. Menara IMC, KL - Entry, 101, Ticket Not Printed

6. Key-in Message >> Breakdown details. Eg.. Ticket Not Printed after unexpected power failed.

7. Click >> Submit
